Editorial Independence

remit.ae operates as an independent comparison platform. Our editorial decisions — which providers to list, what data to display, and how to label data quality — are made based on our methodology and Data Truth Engine rules, not on commercial arrangements. Affiliate relationships and provider partnerships do not grant editorial control.

No Fabricated Scores or Reviews

• No Trustpilot scores are hardcoded or displayed without a live, verified source
• No star ratings are invented or estimated
• No “Expert Choice”, “winner”, or “best” badges are awarded without verified comparative data
• No paid review placements
• Provider review pages use only publicly available and manually verified information

Source Verification Process

Before displaying any rate or fee data:

1. We identify the source type (official API, public page, exchange house board, etc.)
2. We record the source URL and timestamp
3. We apply the appropriate freshness label and confidence score
4. We display the data with the appropriate warning and label
5. We never display rate data without a source URL in our system

Correction Policy

If a provider believes data about them on remit.ae is inaccurate, they may submit a correction request via our contact page. We will review the claim against the source URL, update the data if warranted, and record the correction in our audit trail.

Correction requests do not guarantee favourable treatment. Data is updated only to reflect verified facts.

Provider Pages

Provider review and profile pages on remit.ae are based on:

• Publicly available information from the provider's official site
• Publicly available regulatory information
• Manually verified fee and rate data (labelled accordingly)
• Aggregated public user feedback where available and verifiable

Provider pages do not contain: invented ratings, hardcoded third-party scores, or claims the provider cannot substantiate.

Affiliate Disclosure on Content

Pages and sections containing affiliate links include a disclosure statement. Affiliate relationships are listed on our How We Make Money page. No affiliate arrangement grants a provider editorial control.

B2B Commercial Policy

The following commercial arrangements are the only ones remit.ae operates or plans to operate. All are subject to editorial independence rules that cannot be overridden for commercial reasons:

• Affiliate links: disclosed, do not affect ranking, activated only after program approval
• Sponsored profiles: future product, clearly labelled, never affect comparison ranking
• Corridor visibility packages: future product, clearly labelled, editorially separated
• Data partnerships: future, governed by source governance — no display without verified source

Permanently not for sale: editorial ranking positions, best/cheapest/winner labels, removal of editorial data, influence over comparison methodology, fake ratings or scores, guaranteed traffic or leads.
